About

Anthony M. Saccullo is the founding member of Modern In-House Legal Solutions.  For nearly a decade, Anthony has practiced law in Wilmington, Delaware focusing in the areas of bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, and corporate and commercial litigation.  In April 2010, Anthony formed Modern In-House Legal Solutions after leaving his position as a partner at Ciardi Ciardi & Astin.  Throughout his career, Anthony has represented entities in every facet of bankruptcy—from pre-bankruptcy planning though plan confirmation. He has also represented creditors’ committees, equity-holder committees, secured lenders, landlords and other creditors in bankruptcy.

Anthony has been engaged by liquidating agents, chapter 7 trustees, chapter 11 trustees, and other post-confirmation entities formed to administer, liquidate, and distribute estate assets.  During the course of these representations, Anthony had the opportunity to analyze and prosecute thousands of preference actions, which seek to ensure equitable recoveries for all unsecured creditors.

Anthony was also involved in a diverse array of corporate and commercial cases–from relatively straightforward commercial contract disputes, to complex, multi-party, multi-jurisdictional litigation.

Anthony founded Modern In-House Legal Solutions to address an increasing need for cost-effective legal services for small to mid-size companies.  Unfortunately, a growing number of small companies were “flying blind” with regard to many matters in which they should have sought legal advice.  The reason was simple:  legal advice was simply too expensive.  The innovative approach to legal services that is emphasized at Modern In-House Legal Solutions provides an option for these companies–one which allows our clients to obtain legal advice on matters that otherwise would not warrant the retention of outside counsel.

Anthony is also the founding member of Saccullo Business Consulting, LLC, and is admitted to practice law in the Supreme Court of the State of Delaware, and the United States District Court for the District of Delaware.   Anthony is a member of the American Bar Association, the Delaware State Bar Association, and the Delaware Bankruptcy Inns of Court.
